Insightly – From lead to opportunity

Below is the link to a training video and some notes on how to handle leads using Insightly. As franchisor we generate leads from our website and then pass them onto franchisees using our CRM system called Insightly. As a franchisee you must also use all avenues to generate more business and use the same system for any leads and opportunities you create. Having and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline is key to any business success.

You have to handle all your sales leads and opportunities in our CRM system for the following basic reasons:

  • To make sure we do not compete with each other
  • To ensure we all follow a common system and process in dealing with clients
  • To become a sales driven organisation as a whole with proper systems and tools to drive sales into our business
