A10S managed office plans
Each advertised managed plan includes the A10S and milk fridge, monthly Java Reserve or Barista coffee, mixed white sugar, brown sugar and sweetener sachets, monthly care products, full servicing and support. All plan prices below exclude VAT and use a 36-month business agreement, subject to approval.

Cup totals are monthly planning estimates. Actual yield varies with recipe, coffee strength and serving size; they are not the machine’s daily output rating. The A10S equipment-only rental remains R1,365 excluding VAT per month and excludes the monthly coffee, sachets and care-product allocations.

What your written quotation should settle
- The exact model, accessories, current availability and total monthly price, with VAT stated.
- Delivery, installation, water supply, drainage, power and filtration requirements for your site.
- Training, daily cleaning and replenishment responsibilities.
- Preventative maintenance, call-outs, labour, parts, after-hours support and any exclusions.
- Coffee, sachet and care-product quantities, ordering commitments and charges outside the selected plan.
- Approval and eligibility requirements, insurance or deposits if applicable, and cancellation, upgrade and end-of-term conditions.
These items vary by arrangement. Do not assume that an equipment rental includes every managed-plan allocation or that every location has the same installation and service scope.
Plan the coffee setup around your workplace
- Share your site and demand. Include town or suburb, number of locations, expected daily cups, peak serving period and preferred drinks.
- Compare the equipment and agreement. Discuss who will operate and clean the machine, available counter space, water and power, then compare the complete quotation.
- Confirm the 36-month agreement. Make sure the equipment, monthly charges, allocations and service responsibilities are written down before approval.
- Confirm installation and ongoing care. Agree the site preparation, timing, training and local support arrangement.

Business eligibility and regional support
The current rental application asks for a registered South African business, at least two years of trading and business use. The A10S office campaign is also for qualifying businesses and office use. If your circumstances differ, contact König to discuss the available options; application approval is not automatic.

How much does it cost to rent an office coffee machine?
The A10S equipment-only option is advertised at R1,365 excluding VAT per month. A12, V6 Professional and BISTRO XL equipment rental rates are also shown above. A10S managed plans start at R3,700 excluding VAT per month. These are different arrangements, each based on a 36-month agreement and subject to business approval. Your written quotation confirms availability, inclusions and the complete cost.
What size coffee machine does my office need?
Share expected daily cups, the busiest serving period, drink choices and who will operate and clean the machine. Capacity and site requirements should be confirmed for the exact model before it is selected; employee count alone is not enough.
Are maintenance and repairs included?
The advertised A10S managed plans include care products, full servicing and support. Equipment-only arrangements need their own written service terms. Ask the quotation to identify maintenance, call-outs, labour, parts, water treatment and any exclusions.
Can coffee beans and consumables be supplied with the machine?
Yes. A10S managed plans specify monthly Java Reserve or Barista coffee, mixed sugar and sweetener sachets, care products, servicing and support. Other coffee and consumable arrangements are confirmed in the quotation. The R1,365 A10S equipment-only price excludes monthly coffee, sachets and care-product allocations.
Do you rent machines outside Cape Town and Johannesburg?
König works through its South African network. Availability, delivery, installation and service arrangements depend on your location and selected equipment. Include your town or suburb when requesting a quote.
